Baltimore City's cable public access channel broadcasts a host of new prime time programs in addition to local government coverage. They also offer Media Production Services.

CineMaryland 
This public access TV program, airing locally on channels 24 (WUTB) and 71 (HCC-TV), provides viewers with an inside view of the dynamic local film industry.

Creative Alliance
Creative Alliance hosts screenings and lends support and resources to Baltimore's independent filmmaking community with workshops, career development, and places for filmmakers to gather, network, and share their passions.

Maryland Film Industry Coalition

WMAR-TV News Collection (University of Baltimore)
The Special Collections division of the University of Baltimore's Langsdale Library has archival WMAR-TV News stock footage in video and 16mm film formats. The collection is partially indexed by year and subject. The 16mm archives cover 1948-1981 and the video archives cover 1981 to March 1987.
