Maryland State Publication Depository & Distribution Program

The Maryland Government Documents collection contains executive, legislative, and judicial publications issued by agencies and departments of the Maryland State Government.

The Enoch Pratt Free Library’s State Publication Depository and Distribution Program (SPDDP) is mandated to collect, distribute and retain state government information (MD Annotated Code, Education Title 23, §23-302).

Physical copies of Maryland State publications are located at the Enoch Pratt Central Library in the Maryland Department and are available for use within the library. Digital copies of Maryland State publications are available in the Maryland State Publications Depository & Distribution’s Digital Repository, the Enoch Pratt Free Library Catalog, and Worldcat.
