The Baltimore CASH Campaign is providing free tax preparation at the Central Library for people who made less than $54,000 during 2017. Call 410-234-8008 for an appointment, or book an appointment online.

Forms at the Library

The Central Library and many Branch Libraries distribute a limited amount of the 2017 Federal 1040 tax forms and Maryland booklets free of charge. You can order IRS forms and instructions to be mailed to you by going to www.irs.gov/orderforms or calling 1-800-829-3676. 2017 federal and state tax forms can be printed from Library computers for $0.10 a page. The first five pages are free.
