Sailor Advisory Committee (SAC)
The State Library Resource Center Oversight Commission established the Sailor Advisory Committee (SAC) in 2005 to assist them in overseeing the activities of the Sailor Operations Center (SOC) at the Maryland State Library Resource Center at Enoch Pratt Free Library, Central Library, Baltimore, Maryland.
